It has been a while since I last posted so I thought I would give everyone a quick update on what I've been up to. This year has been quite the rollercoaster so far. I'm not one that likes change; especially when it comes to jobs. In the last 10 years I've only worked at two places...with 5 year stints at each. But this year
(and yes, it is only May), I have gone from job to job it seems. Not intentionally! At the beginning of this year I decided it was time to move on from the travel world and try my hand at the beauty world. But what I didn't know is that my body
(arms and shoulders in particular) were not going to cooperate with me. It seems that having my arms up at a 90 degree angle for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week presented a problem. My left arm quit working in retaliation. It would go numb from my fingertips all the way up to my shoulder blade for hours on end, to the point where I couldn't even lift my arm. So...I took a nice long vacation
(unpaid unfortunately) to find something that I could do without lifting my arms all day. And what did I stumble across
(with the help of my wonderful friend)...Miche Bag!
Who would have thought that my beauty endeavor would lead me to the fashion world? Luckily it did and I am now working for a great company that sells interchangeable hand bags. If you know me, you know that I LOVE hand bags! What a perfect place for me to be. Now, this was only my first week on the job, but take a look at the cute bags I have already started collecting:
Currently Miche Bag offers two hand bag sizes. There is the Classic Bag and the Big Bag. The shells are magnetized so it's quick and easy to change them out.
One of the coolest things about these bags is that they store flat so they take up less room; which means you can buy more without worrying about where you're going to store them! So that's life for now...
I love Miche bags! Ryan's mom sells them in her store. That's a great fit for you! Now if only you could find a job that involved collecting shoes too! :)
